Is it possible to pick up my order at LAB111?

Gladly even! You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for pickup. Pick up times will be between 10:00 and 17:00 on weekdays.

How long will it take to get my package?

When your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an email from us with order information. Delivery time within the Netherlands will take around two to three working days, with international orders delivery takes up to 3 to 10 working days, depending on your location. 

I have not yet received a confirmation email for my order, what to do?

How do I track my order?

At the moment we don’t offer track and trace. Delivery time within the Netherlands will take around two to three working days, with international orders delivery takes up to 3 to 10 working days, depending on your location.

How can I return a product?

What happens if an item I ordered is unexpectedly out of stock?

We work with small stocks and therefore can not always guarantee full availability, If it appears that an item ordered by you is suddenly out of stock or arrives later, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or telephone. If you already paid you will of course be fully refunded as quickly as possible.
